My PAF has requested that I get rid of some of the Mac stuff that's accumulating in the basement and doesn't get enough use. This stuff is either for sale or for trade (see Wanted items below). Make me an offer on anything or everything! Buyer pays shipping. Contact me at the e-mail address in my profile.

Power Mac 5400/200 - 1.6 GB HD, 2x CD-ROM, 80 MB RAM, Mac OS 8.6, no L2 cache. This machine would make a great little server with the addition of a PCI Ethernet card. It ran YDL 2.3 very well with the 2.2 kernel.

Never mind the old IDE CD-ROM. I found an extra while I was cleaning my computer room!

As for PCI video cards, I'm looking for something that would be supported under OpenStep and could do 16-bit color at 1024x768.

As for NuBus video cards, anything that will feel nice and snappy at 832x624x16 on a 7100. Then I'll have three monitors!

BTW, the zip code here is 65203.

Where do I find a list of OpenStep supported video cards? I run NextStep but not OpenStep. I should have serveral cards that will do what you want.

Bad news. My PAF will not allow me to sell any of my Mac stuff in this forum. The usual nonsense about no guarantees, you'll have to ship it, etc. I guess the sale is off.

Your parents probably want to sell it all at the next garage sale for $5 and buy a nice value meal at McDonalds with the proceeds.

First, how is shipping it a problem if the buyer is paying for it? Second, how else are you going to sell it? At least here there are people who (1) know what the specs mean and (2) actually care. Yard sales also equal low revenue as stated above

too bad about the PAF :-\

I have a IIsi that I might have considered trying to get that videospigot for...

I might still have a PCI card or 2 like the Ati Mach64 (the one I can remember)

it's all packed though (my stuff)

I have a 7300 (just BTW) but wouldn't sell it iThink.... :-\

Damn. And I could've used a couple of SCSI cables with the Centronics on both ends.
