Sound Manager should automatically be installed with Mac OS 8. If not, you can get it from a QuickTime install. Or if all else fails, Google It!  "**** em" - Jobs in regards to customers

and the admins remove ICQ, YM and MSN.
my only resort is web based chatting.

Nope. I haven't done webchat for years, literally. And the only place i ever used to do it was on START.com.au, which is sort of dead now....Can you get on your or a friend's computer that has MSN? "**** em" - Jobs in regards to customers
