I don't know if any of you guys have heard of them, but it looks like they're a new band that just hit it big. Their song Stacy's Mom is hillarious. It's really good too. You can see a little min 30 blurb of it on their site (http://www.fountainsofwayne.com/#) I'm addicted to it.... and I got another story about it too... lol... my friend steve works with me at the mighty Wilco (soon to be McFrugals bleh..) anyway, this other kid that works there thinks his mom is hot, and she's deffinitely not... Well, Steve gets pissed whenever he talks about it or anyone makes fun of it... So, my band is going to cover the song and replace Stacy's mom with Steven's mom and make him flaming mad at the shows when he hears it... it will be hillarious.... thought you might like to know... lol...________________

Well, Fountains of Wayne isn't exactly new. I can remember hearing about them as far back as 95. iThink back then they might have been a local gig in Chicago, so they're probably new to you. That was back when I used to listen to pop music.  The Lightning Stalker Performa 631CD, 7.5.5

Ya, I kinda found out they had been around a lil bit longer than I thought when I did a search on the iTunes music store.... Never heard of them before tho, that's ok. Stacy's Mom is still wicked hillarious...________________
