...turn off daylight savings under OS X?In OS 9 its a simple mater of unchecking "Daylight-Saving tine in effect" in the Date & Time CP, but X doesn't seemt to have this option. I'm on Miami time here, 'cept they do the DS thing and we don't. Cheers! From what I've seen inside OSX, there is no way to deactivate it without turning off Network Time and setting the clock back manually.------------------ Captain Z - Mobile Operations Commander 68K Macintosh Liberation Army 31 68K Macs Liberated Visit Captain Z's Starbase of EV Stuff |

there isn't a way... althoug the Arizona time zone doesn't have daylight savings time so you could simply set the time you want and set it for Arizona time zone...(AZ also has lots of dust and heat... want some?) zealots is a cool word... I try to keep myself from being a HUGE zealot (jerk) type person...I'll defend the mac, and if I have to I'll defend the PC... Official 68k videographer Official MLA TourGuide "I'm just a normal computer geek who somehow landed a social life"
