My old old boss used to wear the old red converse because he thaught it was trendy at the time (maybe 4 years ago). I always buy what I like could care less of trends (engineers are not known for fashion statements).

They're really good solid boots, and remarkably comfy. I'm on my 3rd pair each has lasted about 2 years before i've sold them, deffinetly made to last.
