if it is a SCSI drive then yes .... it should be a straight swap .... though 1gb drives can be bought for nothing now (i bought one for £1 last year ) ... so that would be the next upgrade you could have .... but 500meg should be fine Orcadian MLA Division 68ks Liberated: 2 |

the limit is ...System 6 = 2 GB System 7.5 = 4 GB Mac OS 8.1 = 2 TB (HFS+) you will probably need a patched cpy of drive setup to format the new disk .... go to my site (http://www.tomlevens.co.uk/) ... click on "misc" and go down till you find it ... thats the full patched copy ... no editing required
