You mean with 1 SCSI port? You just chain them together and put the terminator on the device at the end of the chain. To assign the IDs, you make one of them #5 and the other one #4.
I'll make a crummy little diagram to show you what I mean:
dashes are the SCSI cable.
Color Classic-------Hard Drive-------Scanner---------Terminator
hard drive is ID#6 and scanner is ID#5
The terminator isn't actually on the end of a cable, it plugs into the back of the scanner.
It also doesn't matter which port on the back of your device you put closer up the chain to the computer or which one you put the terminator on. Just as long as the terminator is on the device at the end of the chain.
If you don't already have one, you'll need a cable with the centronics on both ends to go between the hard drive and the scanner. Either that or a centronics to pinF converter and a "regular" cable. It doesn't really matter as long as the chain is complete and the SCSI IDs aren't in conflict.
