A friend of mine needs to get rid of a classic and a color classic. I'm out of space in my tiny apartment. Any one want these? They'd probably be cheap or free (plus shipping of course).

if boredom does not take the CC, I will. I know that you live in the LA area, and so do I.

I can ship using a UPS ARS tag. put me in line.

Wow, I didn't know there would be so much interest. I'll talk to my friend and see what he wants to do.
We live in Pasadena CA, so if you want to pick it up, you could save on shipping.

hi, OK, boredom has first dibs, cory has second, and I have third. If I get it, I cant pick it up, as I dont drive, I am at the other end of the 110 freeway, in San Pedro, and may as well be in japan as far as picking up is concerned. I can send a UPS ARS tag if you want for shipping.

let me know if ethier of the two ahead of me drop out!

Ok, here's the deal. The color classic has a dead hard drive but the classic works fine the last time he checked.
You guys have sorted out the order of who gets first second and third crack at it, so i'll leave it to you to contact him.
His name is Brian ( bc at ugcs dot caltech dot edu ). I'm sure he'd rather have you pick stuff up, so priority goes to whoever does that. Talk to him about shipping possibilities, but don't count on his cooperation in that respect.
He's a super nice guy, but it'd be easier for him to just trash the stuff, so be cool when you email him.

The macs can't be shipped economically, so they're free to who ever wants to come get them here in Pasadena CA. email my friend Brian (bc at ugcs dot caltech dot edu) to make pick-up arrangements.
