...and uploading too! I notice you need some serial numbers, well I'm uploading a database app that may help. If anyone asks, I know nothing and this post will self destruct in 10...9...8.... - - - - - - - - - - - - - A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it sure beats a blank stare for starting a conversation. 68k ParaMedic |

If you don't mind, I will be hopping on there and leeching some stuff. However, you are happy to come to my HL server (The 68k MLAs), and take what you need as well. I know you are having difficulties with your serving, so if I can host just a fraction of the stuff you have, I know many people out there who will be happy.~The Penguin **| Want free 68kmla email? Hi,please. take all and spread the wealth. I dunno how long the hdd is gonna last. But it is clear that files were corrupted in the last big crash of Feb 2002. so think of it as a virtual backup. Have fun and share the abandonwarez.

Some stats: the hdd has 18GB of FAT/68k stuff. There are around 12,000 files. The server is a 5400 providing 3 services: H o t l i n e , A S I P and F i r c l a s s b b s. it used to provide T h e P a l a c e graphical chat server but it was not too popular. Currently only the h o t l i n e is opened to the public.

Laxx - That has to be the most comprehensive 68K hotline server I have ever seen, and I've been using HL for about 6 years. The speed and transfer reliability are as excellent as the file selection. Most impressive - seriously.

thx for the kind words, a couple of important comments here:- do not feel compelled to upload stuff. I mean uploading d r e a m w e a v e r b i b l e is great, but i doan think there ever was a version of dreamweaver for 68k, so i had to delete the 56MB of file today. - do not upload m i c r o s o f t stuff here except the browser. M$ is banned on my server. - do consider downloading the index files as the download folders go on forever - read and participate in the news. there is a lot of reviews and tips there. thanks

OH darn... iGuess that putting my NT4 CD and telling everyone how I *may* have gotten it working on my ANS-500 isnt appreciated then...I'll just keep those nonexistant tips to myself... as they don't exist not that my mac REALLY needs NT but it'd be the coolest thing on earth to do in some spare time... So Laxx, given that the HD is questionable should we bother uploading files? Or should we just concentrate on downloading.... chhers Flash!

That would be an interesting question to ask This "The Palace" thing seems interesting... I'd just say that it'd be smart to organize and build it a bit more like the MLA would go about doing things... for example... making it a nice big building with several "meeting rooms" and the "lounge" and the trading post etc etc Official 68k videographer Official MLA TourGuide |
