I'm posting this on my PowerBook, in Internet Explorer 6, From Windows XP Home Edition, over dialup...I must say that :gasp: I've grown :ONHNO!: accustomed to the playtoy interface of WindowsXP This was connectix, before MS bought them... I love VPC5!!! Official 68k videographer Official MLA TourGuide |

I love it too, because it runs OS/2 and NetBSD/i386... :PAs for Windows, I stick to 2000 Pro, pretty much the only acceptable one of the bunch. They can keep their XP with the teletubbies interface. We'll have to wait and see what Windows 2003 looks like, though. We're getting the developer preview in May. ,xtG .tsooJ -- who | grep -i blonde | date cd ~; unzip; touch; strip; finger mount; gasp; yes; uptime; umount sleep |

Eh? You do realise you can turn off the XP 'Blue look', so it just looks like classic Windows? Its the first thing I do, along with returning the start bar to 'classic' view. Gets you about a 10% speed increase :) Jobf. http://jobf.kicks-ass.org |

Actually, I have an Aqua theme installed on my Dell. It almost, but not quite, looks like OS X. -------------------------- Give your dreams a chance.™ - Apple in the mid '90s Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 7 Number of Contraband (PPC) Liberated from the Dumpster: 1 |

I already have had .NET 2k3 server preview for awhile... it may be just because it's a server software, but it's muich prettier (only has classic view.) I also can't wait for the *normal* Windows 2003... it just seems a bit early for MS to go away from 2002, b etter known as XPlast few versions it took MS about 2-3 years.. XP is less than one year old. I'm hoping I can get 2k, and find Rhapsody to put on there Official 68k videographer Official MLA TourGuide |

2k has pretty much come into its own lately with SP3 and all.
