LOL! Maybe the buyer really really really needs a hard drive sled? Maybe we can pretend its a rare prototype hard drive sled with Jobs' and Woz' signture on it? Maybe the Australian dollar has fallen in value in some weird financial meltdown? Maybe the bidder meant to punch in .8 and hit 8. instead?

Glayven!why anyone would need one! especially without the silly performa HDD adaptor... I'd buy a kit with 2-3 sleds and adaptors for $8AUD.... (which is like... $2 USD or something) Official 68k videographer

actually, 8 AUD is closer to 4.80 USD, if my estimation is correct.but man, that is a helluva prix for an HDD sled. I can purchase a sled with hard drive attached for that! have phun
