I found a Newton 120. It's missing the back battery cover, the stylus and the cover for the internal battery. Is there any way I can get replacements? Or should I just hobble along with what I've got?

you can use any Palm type stylus, the tips are the same (don't get the REALLY cheap ones tho, they aren't as smooth and could scratch the screen)

As far as replacement parts go for the other stuff... can;t tell you... Personally, I need one of the lids for my 130, but I've only found them in 5 packs, for $55.
