It is late, I am surfing ebay & a 6100/60 is catching my eye, well it is only £5, I would buy a mouse for £5. I could justify it as a spares machine, I must resist........ shaktiman Quadra 840av, prettymuchmaxedout8xcd drive,3 monitors 15" & 14" & 14" os 8.1 , 12 meg ram, 500 meg hard drive Performa400(asleepintheattick) |

So? He might be able to get good guts from it, plus, all the 6100s i've used have been quite reliable....and one of my friends had one, which worked great, until his mother spilled coffee in it....-------------------------- Give your dreams a chance.™ - Apple in the mid '90s Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 7

Just because you're 6100 was borked doesn't men every 6100 is borked! 6100's are nice but they're really not much more powerful than 840AV, possibly less so. They are nice and compact though and despite their slowness they can run PPC software. at 5 UKP it's too tempting to pass up. -------- LC 2, LC 3, Q605, Perf 638, Colour Classic (160 603e) 6100, 7200, PTP 225 (Quad 604), PM 9600, G4 Cube |

GLAYVENif that includes a monitor keyboard and mouse, and works... it IS a good deal. I still want a 6100, almost got a 6116 CD and have a line on a 6150 I just hope that on the 6150, we don't have the same canada-US problem that was had before... Any of them'd go great with my AudioVision 14" monitor... (not that that's the monitor any of them would get) Official 68k videographer Official MLA TourGuide |

cory5412- I have a 6100 & 6116(8 maybe?) sitting collecting dust. I also have a boxed DOS card an original system disc & a monitor adapter. I haven't tested either of them, as I don't have a spare monitor and am loathe to unhook my main rig every time I want to play with it. I'm in zip 60645 (shipping from 60201). The 6100 used to belong to the infamous Jeremy. I'm guessing they're both stock, but one might have a missing CD bezel, as I used it to upgrade a Quadra 610's CD-Drive. Make me an offer, or trade.
