I have a problem with my User/Groups config file. When I create new users, the 'sharing' menu is greyed out and therefore users do not have any accessible volumes.

How do I sort this? I believe it has something to do with the invisible 'Appleshare PDS' file that sits in the root of the hard disk drive. I read that if I trash this file, a new one will be rebuilt and that this should solve the problem.

If so, how do I use Resedit to make the file visible so I can trash it? I've only used Resedit before to tweak some CD extensions.
