After crunching my 94th unit, my Dell decided that it didn't want to try and connect to the SETI server. I have everything set up correctly, and i've done a couple of reboots. Up until now, it was working fine. What gives?

Obviously you've check with Seti central.
Maybe they've got a newer version to run for your box, and they've quit that version? Slight variation in which they accept your results, could mean them not pick'n up your line batch.

They got a new radio telescope now so I think there should be new software.

There was a "major power outage", and they had to shut everything down, according to the SETI site last night. Should be back up sometime today.
