Well, I just got back from an all-day trip to the local DMV... and I'm proud to announce that I've finally got my Driver's Permit! Wheeee!
During the test, I was sweating bullets- I got through about 30 (out of 50) questions just fine, but then missed 9 in quick succesion (they all pertained to obscure rules for motorcycle/moped driving... strange....), and had the get the last 11 straight correct (you're only allowed 9 misses)... but somehow I managed to pull through.
Of course, I still look like a dork in my new ID photo... sigh.
:-)
