I was just thinking that one might be handy.
Well mine isn't cos I broke it, though it played up anyhow, b4 I broke it.
It is the thing that allowed Amiga's to connect to the tv, but I can't remember the ports fully.

15 pin D female?(in)
2 rca audio(out)
RF (out)
&?

There is another port but I can't remember what it is, so;

If the next port is rca Video then If the modulator connected to the mac monitor port(which is 15 pin D ? I will look, yes it is) which I guess would have to use also a f to f joiner. Then would this provide mac to tv?

Well it's doubted. I guess I should look up schematics for the Amiga monitor port.

The schematic for the Amiga video port is at:

http://www.gamesx.com/hwb/co_AmigaVideo.html

I don't know the frequencies of the various SYNC signals -- this will affect how hard it is to make an Amiga video modulator work as a Mac-to-TV or VGA-to-TV convertor.

Cheers,

Yeah, MacUAE or MaxUAE for OS X. Both work well if you have trouble finding a kickstart ROM email me.

Anyway Shak I thought you had an Atari not an Amiga? Do you have both?

If you want Atari ST emulators I downloaded Nostalgia which works in OS X and PowerST which I haven't bothered using because I can't be bothered waiting for Classic to load when Nostalgia works fine with out it. A TOS image is easy to get hold of.

I think I should just give you the link to www.emulation.net for everything.

Nostalgia is not bad, the way it tracks the mouse is annoying as you often end up with two cursors on screen. It works fine but it's confusing.

The real problem is all the corrupt downloads.

When it comes to running software it works fine though. Magic something or other looks like it's probably the best emulator and may work well on a 68k Mac but it's $199 USD!!!!

I might try a couple of the mulators out on my Q605 and see what they are like on an 040

EDIT - Yes I did read who posted and you said you had an Amiga TV out box thingy
