hi, yesterday i got a LaserWriter IINT. it's in pretty good condition except for slight yellowing and a broken paper pickup roller. i got it from a friend who was going to throw it away, just because it was made by apple. anyway, it's mine now!! i'll be using either my plus or an SE as a print server and sharing it with all my other computers over ethernet. would this really count as a liberation? i'm not sure because it's a printer, but it is old ('89) and i've been told that it has a 68000 chip in it, so i guess it's a 68k printer. brett |

Hmmm... lets see... Made by Apple.... Contains a 68k..... Was unappreciated by the prior owner.... You plan to put it to good use.... Sounds like a liberation to me! Of course, I don't speak for management here, so what I say is not worth the pixels its printed on.Enjoy your printer, G4From128k by Day: Mild-Mannered Engineer and Trapeze(tm) Artist by Night: Colonel of Truth, Justice, and the Macintosh Way Reserve Officer in 68kMLA Cantankerous Coot Contingent
