One of the main characters in the Secret Life of us has an iBook. Incidentally they film a lot of the out door scenes next to our house! Shame I don't like the program though!

In the movie "Hackers", there is an entire scene where the main characters are lusting over a Powerbook (I believe it was a Duo 280c).

In the discontinued TV show "Millenium" the main character used a Mac running the Aaron system extention.

In the now canceled TV show "Dark Angel" Logan had a whole array of Macs, including a Cube.

In numerous episodes of "Home Inprovement" people are shown using Duos and 100 series Powerbooks.

In the Drew Carey show, Mimi has an Imac.

In an episode of Futurerama, the judge on the robot world was a Mac Plus.
