Assuming you're using the Debian 3.0r0 ("Woody") CD, go to the following directory:/install/mac You want to unstuff the binhexed Penguin Booter, and (IIRC) you want to copy the linux.bin kernel to your hard drive (no need to decode or unstuff it IIRC). Also, read this: /doc/install/install.en.txt I believe it includes the information you're looking for. Basically, you run the Penguin booter program, tell it where the Linux.bin boot kernel is, set a few other prefs, and then tell Penguin to boot Debian. It will load the kernel into RAM and then it will boot from the CD. Then the installation process starts--which is where things REALLY get fun If you're using a different version of the Debian CD, the directory paths might be a little different, but the method is about the same. Good luck.
