Well I am just being proud of myself after solving a couple of problems with my mac. Then I remembered the learning curve I endured when I got an ST. First time using the ST, I switched it on & heard a clunking, I waited & waited but the usual "BASIC" screen I was used to seeing didn't materialise. I switched the computer off fearing it broken & asked advice of my brother who owned an ST too. I didn't know about GUI & I didn't realise that the ST was looking for a boot disk(for 45 seconds & then boots from it's own Rom).Well it's been nearly a year now of using 840av & I am starting to learn a few things. Now for the title of my post, Can everybody just stop using os 10 until I catch up? shaktiman Quadra 840av, prettymuchmaxedout8xcd drive,3 monitors 15" & 14" & 14" os 8.1 , 12 meg ram, 500 meg hard drive Performa400(asleepintheattick) |
