I've liberated a pair of Dove accelerator cards for the Mac SE and am looking for the software that came with them. I've tried the Dove Racer 030 driver but it does not recognize this 68020 card (the startup icon is X'd out and the SE behaves like no card is present). The most info I found on the web is at http://homepage2.nifty.com/tamaru/Tips/PoweredSE/PoweredSE.html which has a picture of the card and indicates that it was named the Dove Marathon Racer, but the text at that site is Japanese.
