I looking for an internal modem in my pb 180C, will a modem from any other powerbook from the 1xx series work?

Also, the system date and time is acting weird Everytime I correct the time and close the control panel, it changes again, mostly to a date in the future.
Sometimes when I'm just doing stuff, it does that as well.
Not your everyday 'it's 1956, and I'd love a new battery', still is this a pram battery issue?.

1. Yes, you can use any PowerBook 1xx series modem.

2. Yes, that is a PRAM batt issue.

Hope this helps

Ugh, what are you going to be doing with that? Making hissing noises for fun? What else can it do?

My BabyPB did fax server duty for several years, it used to wake up when the fax line rang, now I need to leave the DuoDock/2300c running 24/7.
