No, sorry. NS just won't run on 68k Macs, at least without a lot of hacking. There is no way to boot it (let alone install it on a drive with a Mac partition table), and even if there were, all the controllers (SCSI, video, ethernet, sound) would have no drivers. The closest you'll get is a Quadra running A/UX (or NetBSD or Linux with WindowMaker/GNUstep). Though NS/OS will run in Virtual PC, there is no NS/OS black hardware emulator. Just find an older Pentium PC with a decent supported video card (search karchive.info.apple.com for openstep hardware) and install NS on there. If you have an older PCI PowerMac, you could try running Rhapsody on there. It's not as nice as NS/OS, and there isn't much software available, but it's still fun to play around with.
