 Wanted disc utility!!

I am looking for a disc format and partition utility that is a freeware/abandonware called "pdisk"! I have found several links for it online but all seem to be broken.

The other one I want is Intech's Hard Drive Speed disk! If anyone has a copy the they dont need I would be willing to pay for it!!!

Is this for Mac OS X or Linux? If so, it is included with Mac OS X and some versions of Linux (try Debian/PPC and Slackintosh).

pdisk/MacOS is on the MkLinux DR3 CD, IIRC.
