Its a Digital Equipment Corporation one, from the mid 1990s. I just pulled it out of storage because i'm on Dad's Compaq at the moment, and i can't stand the keyboard on it. Its too mushy and slow for my liking. For those who haven't tried one, this Digital keyboard's feel is sort of like the feel of the Pro Keyboard and the feel of the AppleDesign keyboard altogether. Its got a really nice key action.

My very first computer was an IBM PS/2 Model 25 (Yes, you may guffaw...) and the only thing I liked about that one was the keyboard. I was one of those ones with a metal baseplate and it had a really good solid feel to it. The key click was a bit loud but I like the action. It was easy typing for long periods cause it was built like a tank. About the only thing like that I have is the old Apple Keyboard II with the "F" Keys.

the apple extended 2 keyboard is by far the best apple keyboard EVER. I have 4 spares so i'll never be without one.

btw, i saw a macnally keyboard (usb) at compusa the other day that was all white to match the new imacs, but was the scissor kind like a powerbook keyboard and it was full size. It was really nice. $80.

ahh... I'm using the ExtendedII on my 7300 at this moment... it's a really good keyboard... I like the way that it's one big "footy" works...
BTW... I'm @home back on my mac!
but I'm really looking forward to when we are in our new "home" I guess.... and I can pull out my Adjustable keyboard...

I have this keyboard that's like the EII and it's a "powerUser 108key" either 108 or 105... that's a really good keyboard also

theyre all better than the embarrassment included with the original iMac ... if the "feel" were better... it'd be nicer... I like it's size though...
