 Help overclocking a 840av

I need help on overclocking a 840av.I saw the in Mobo two chips, (one at 20,0000 M an other 40,0000 M) but I don't know wich one I have to change.

The 840 av is one of the "newer" macs described on the clock chipping website. The crystal the governs the cpu runs at half the speed of the chip. The original is 20 mhz
