Not easy to do.The way I like to remove labels from plastic items is to use Isopropyl alcohol. 91% is best, but regular strength (70%) will do.
Try to gently pry up the labels and remove as much of them as possible by hand. Then, if there's mostly just sticky residue left, gently rub the surface with a paper towel saturated with isopropyl.
If you've got large bits of paper sticker still left (rather than just residue), you may have to dab a sopping wet paper towel (wet with alcohol) on the area to saturate it and let the alcohol get underneath the paper of the sticker.
Finally, two other notes:
(1) Be careful when pulling off the labels--if you flex the floppy too much, you'll hose it.
(2) Don't pour alcohol directly on the disk, as it could get inside and perhaps wreak havoc
Me personally, I just put new labels over the old ones.
