We stretched "68k Macintosh Liberation Army" to include Apple II's and Newtons, because they are APPLE products.

There are 564 registered users on these forums. half that would be 282.

Subtracting a few for people with more than one handle, and being nice and adjusting for some members who are MIA, get 225 other members to agree with you that we need an "Other 68k" forum, and I'll half-heartedly support you in suggesting it to the other mods.

This would include Atari's, Sega's, Amiga's, Cisco routers, the TI-92 and 89 calculators, and any and all other 680x0 processor computer systems anyone can think of.

Now, my personal beleif is this: Adding such a forum here is DUMB, because there are other groups on the net FAR more qualified and numberous supporting such systems. Googleing for Atari User Groups finds:

http://www.classicgaming.com/gamingmuseum/atari_user_groups.html
http://www.dcn.davis.ca.us/vme/yac/yac_user.html

and of interest near me, with a page with lots of links: http://ic.net/~harvey/waug.htm

I hope I've put this duscussion to rest.

Or one other idea would be to create a forum community of your own to address the these other systems. Maybe call it, "The Other 68K". Um, I'm sure you can tell I"m not the most colorful for headings, but you get the point.

The forum software is a free download, there is free hosting at Brinkster to get you started, and with "Bordom-to-Conquer", you must have the time, (sorry, couldn't help the joke). I'll even pass along your new forum address, (assuming you try it) to the local Amiga club that meets weekly at the local mall.
