Indeed, unfortunately. If you want Video-out capability, you'll need to get an Apple Presentation System, which is a little grey box that connects to your DB-15 video port, and has RCA Composite Video-out, S-Video out and a pass-through connector for your monitor. There are other boxes like this, but this is the one that i'd reccommend, as it offers the highest image quality i've seen yet. I have one, and it rules. Also, its compatible with almost any Mac with a DB-15 video connector, at a resolution of 640x480.
