You aren't really old school if you spell it "oldskool." Just mentioning that...

Tallgeese is referring to the following peice from the website:

Q: Why 68k? Aren't PowerPC's faster and better?
Among other things (which can be inquired about in the forums), 680x0 series Macs are unique in their sense of old-skoolness (1984-1994), exclusive in their value, and are widely available for liberation.

Thank you for your informed opinions on the matter.

thanks for unlocking the topic marchie

<sigh>I guess someone else just has a big passive aggressive stick up their @ss and can't accept other's suggestions, additions or constructive criticism gracefully. too bad, as this fledgeling forum/website could benefit. </sigh>

I'm sorry about the locking/bitchy post.

As I check ~Coxy's original FAQ, I notice he used "old-school", not "old-skool". With this page, instead of going through and editing what ~Coxy had written, I decided to re-type it all out and do the editing that way. So if anybody else spots any other inconsistencies (sp?) then let me know and I'll be sure to fix them.

Thanks

(edited to let everybody know that the spelling of "old-school" on the FAQ has been corrected. Thank you, Tallgeese)
