Aloha,

I've got this IIe card for the LC2 here, and I was wondering which floppy can I connect to the LC2 to read the Apple IIe disks.

And can I connect such a drive to my IIsi, or burn shall it burn ?

Thanx in advance.

The drive you are looking for for your LCII is called an "Apple 5.25" Drive". They aren't all that rare....look for one in the places you'd normally find a //e or IIgs. However, do not, under ANY circumstances, connect an Apple 5.25" Drive to your IIsi, or any other Mac's onboard floppy drive port. If you do, you will fry the floppy drive controller chip on your Mac's logic board, and you won't be able to use any floppy drives at all on the IIsi, be they internal or external.
