OK groovers,

heres the story. I've accepted a job half way 'round the world (in the Cayman Islands if anyone's interested), so basically, all my macs have to go. I'm going to keep my collection of Nubus cards, plus a bit of big RAM, and will try to rebuild my collection at some point.

I guess this junk will be more interesting to Aussies... specifically Sydneysiders, due to freight issues. All reasonable ofers will be considered. Items will likely be listed on eBay also.

Here's the initial inventory:

One Applevision 1710 display... slightly dim, but works great.
One Applevision 1705 display, top condition.
One Apple mono portrait display. No cable. A few scratches. Works fine.
One each of Apple 15", 14" and 12" displays. All good nick.
One B&W G3. 350, 192 Mb, 6 gig, CD, zip. Perfect condition.
One Powerbook 520c
One Quadra 950, 68LC040 processor, some RAM, unknown HDD. Doesn't boot.
One Quadra 800. Top condition. Negotiable RAM and HDD.
One Quadra 700. Nice condition. Missing feets. Negotiable RAM and HDD. Running A/UX 3.1
One Powermac 8100. Nice condition. Negotiable RAM and HDD.
One powermac 6100/66. Immaculate condition. with AV card.
One powermac 6100/60. No RAM or HDD.
One Quadra 660 AV. Lovely condition, except one case clip snapped.
One Quadra 610. LC processor. PC compatibility card.
Several Quadra 605s. All with 250 MB HDDs, ethernet cards.
Several LC 475s. All with 250 MB HDDs, ethernet cards.
One LC III
2 LC IIs
1 Classic. Boots to checkerboard.
Various keyboards
Various mice (square and curvy)
One Kensington Turbomouse V5
One power Computing Powerbase 240. All good except missing CD-ROM
One LC 575. Good nick, except for some sticker marks. Missing back cover.
One lime 266 iMac. Works great. Missing front plate for CD-ROM.
One Synoptics LattisHub 2803 16 port 10 base-T hub
A bunch of original Games... Riven, Wing Commander 3 and 4, Diablo 2, Quake 3 arena, Warcraft 2. The dforgotten. Everquest (for PC)
Teac SCSI external CD burner (I think 4x)
Power CD. Perfect condition, but doesn't seem to want to play a CD. With Remote and original packaging.
Quicktake 150. Perfect. With original packaging and SW
Newton 2000 (2100 upgrade) with stylii, PS, etc. Battery pack dead, but I have nicads ready to rebuild it. Just never got around to it.
eMate 300. Stylii, PS. Excellent condition, minor scratches on screen.
Apple //e. 2 drive IIs, loaded with cards. Boots to screen of garbage.
PB 1400 /166 in bits. Looks to be in OK condition.

Plus a shitload of other stuff.

Let me know if you're interested in any or all of this stuff, cause it all has ot go. All reasonable offers considered

Cheers!

How much are you looking for for the:
Quicktake 150?
MP2K?

I've been looking for something with capture as well, is the 6100's AV card the one with RCA in and DB-15 out? If so, I'm interested. Also, maybe the 660AV as well, that shouldn't be *too* much to ship stripped...

~Coxy, drop me an email with what you'd be willing to pay for this stuff, and I'll let you know what I think. I'm hoping to get not too far below eBay market rates on it all.

Cheers!

PS. The 6100 AV card has s-video in/out and DB-15 out

If ~Coxy isn't taking the newton, I've got next dibs. You say the 1400 is in bits - as in, disassembled? I might want the mobo. When you say the PowerCD doesn't play, do you mean audio CD's through speakers?

Well, not in bits, but it has been. It boots to a question mark. Can't seem to get it to go further, even with an external HDD and from SCSI disk mode.

The powerCD gives and "error" error when you put a CD in. Gotta love those descriptive error messages.

Cheers!

G'day mate :)

A friend of mine pointed me here...you may have seen me on ebay as currawong2002. I'm in Sydney, and would be interested in the monitors and maybe the iMac and also having a look at all the stuff you have - you never know what you want till you find it sometime :) I'll drop you an email either way.

Begin shameless plug-factor:
You're all invited to come by #macintosh on irc.oz.org for a chat - there are a wide variety of 68k nuts floating around, as well as all sorts of other interesting people.

There is a massive stack of OLD Apple II's and Macs (Plus through to Quadra 950) in a shop in Sydney. The owner would be very happy for anyone to come and make an offer (I think $10/computer for most of them, except maybe the SE/30 in original nick). There is a large stack of original Apple IIg's and Macintosh II's, for example.
End shameless plug-factor.

Glad to have found you all :)

I'm still not clear whether we're talking audio or data CD's on the PowerCD

I'll bet all those vintage Macs would fit into one shipping container. Take 'em with you! You can probably sell them to the Cayman Islanders, or at least convert them to 68K!

Got it. I'd prefer we did it COD, as its gonna save me hauling it down to the post office twice.

Still interested? give me a call on 0405 775480

I'm starting to put the stuff up on eBay.au ... 10% off winning bids if you're a MLA member! Actually the hardest thing is stopping myself from buying yet more stuff. Sheesh, I'm hooked!

Cheers!

That's what the online postage calculator is for...
www.austpost.com.au

I won't be able to do COD, I'm afraid.
