The day care where I take my daughter during the week has replaced the two CRT iMacs they had for the kids to play games and such with two new, ugly-black Dell crapstations. In a way this is bad, but in another way this is good...the two iMacs are just sitting in a storage room now. I'm leaving to drop Cleo off soon, and when I go, I'm going to ask them what they're going to do with the two iMacs. Who knows, they may sell or give them to me!

By the way, one is a slot-loading Blueberry (I think?) and the other is a tray-loading Lime iMac.

Lucky duck... my daughter's daycare has a mix of PCs that seem stuck in the early 90s, except for one brand new Dell in the Kindergarten class. The only Mac is a Centris 660AV which is in a closet. The one nice thing about it is that it has an Apple Adjustable Keyboard.

I really should ask about liberating it, one of these days...

Oh well, they already shipped the iMacs over to another location, which I guess is a good thing, since at least some other tots will get to use them.

Ah well, at least you got close to getting them. But still, hey, at least it'll give some more kiddies a chance to have a go on a Mac! Btw, I'm sorry to do this, but i really have to move this to the Lounge, 'coz its not really about 68ks.
