...it doesn't get much love or attention, but ends up working 24 hours a day? I picked up this centris 610 a while back, and it didn't have a HD or CD drive, so I stuck it in a corner until I could use it for something. As time went on, I became pretty sure that I couldn't use it for anything. Then a need for a localtalk bridge came up, and my attempt to set up an LC III failed, much to my disappointment, so I enlisted this C610. I got it on a clearance from some website, I think, and pretty soon it will be serving my LW 4/600 to a pair of iMacs, a Lombard, my Q660av, and probably a PB 190 pretty soon. I can't say that it's getting lots of affection, but that new life breathed into it must be worth something. Up until now, I hadn't counted it as a liberation, but I say it goes in my total. All agreed? Maybe as a trade-off I'll only count the LCNES as 1/2 of a liberation...

I'd count it as a full liberation

Sure does, unless you've got her in your liberation count already. What sense does it make to have the one Mac listed twice?

If that's not a liberation, then I don't know what is!

Alright then, there we go. I'm knocking the LCNES down to 1/2 of a liberation, and this Plus I picked up was added as 1/2, so I'm at 4. I'll give the Plus the rest of its status once I fire it up.

I usually count it as a liberation if it is used for something(shelves don't count) or is fully functional and goes to someone else who will use it.
