That's almost exactly what a few of the IIfx's in my MacStack are earmarked to become! You're only missing two horizontal case separation bands and a slot-loading CD-ROM opening! Nice work, u maniac, u!

*and several cubic feet of volume!*

whoa!!!! if only My IIsi looked like that! it'd be the perfect server!

I think that if I had a cube, it would be more likely to become a server than my doubleheight Dell OptiPlex

Nice! But where did the side panel come from? Is that the top of it as well, or is it from something else?

That's from the side of a normal IIsi - just tripled up, and distorted a bit for perspective :D

dana (and it's a IIbx - bx for boxy of course)

Cool. For some reason that side panel just screams "13" AppleColour Hi-Res Display". Btw, i'm guessing that bx is "boxy, expanded"?

Too bad the fixed res monitors won't work on the iMacs video port... or I just MIGHT use an apple high res display on my 68kiMac hack...

Nah just boxy. :)

it does look very similar - then again the bits were all designed about the same time - like the 5100 powermac

(cept they didn't come out too well in that pic)

Cool. I know what you mean about the bits looking the same...go the ol' Snow White theme! Btw, have you seen a IIsi with a 13" Hi-Res monitor popped on top of it? Its sooo cute!

I did a IIgs compact much the same way once - I'll have to dig that out or do another.

Now THIS is going to be interesting!
