Adapter IIsi NuBus #000063 (has extra NuBus connector with adapted IIci Cache Slot)

If any of these others are available, or anything else similar, I'm interested:

Adapter IIsi MacIIsi #A31SP-000 (has extra PDS connector with adapted IIci Cache Slot)
Adapter PDS - Mac SE/30 and IIsi PDS cards #A31S2-000

Also appreciated would be any info on these or the Sonnet IIsi adapter and the SlotSaver card (mfr's name eludes me).  If the cards themselves are not for sale, I still need more documentation for my RosettaStone PDS equivalency table project.

I also have a considerable pile of other DayStar adapters to trade if you want to move a PowerCache/whatever to a better box than your IIsi or SE/30 to free up an adapter to send to me!
