I think that I can get it from that seller on eBay, who aparently still has it... and i'll probably make a CD image and try to put it up on an HL server, then i'll scan and post the pages of the "booklet" that the seller describes as being with it

I ran into a book where the baloon help icon was a question mark in a triangle, but don't remember this icon in 7.0, 7.1, or 7.5. Perhaps you will be able answer another great mystery: did that author use a System 7 beta?
Just something to look for if you get your hands on it. Good luck!
