I just got a "Wings" personality card for my beige desktop G3. It was $65 on ebay. Some of the ones on ebay were going as high as $100. "Wings" is the card with RCA AV I/O, s-video I/O and headphone and microphone jacks. The original "Whisper" card that it came with only had headphone and microphone jacks.
The "Wings" model also has other connectors that can only be accessed from inside the G3's case:
Digital Audio Visual (DAV) connector permits PCI cards that have DAV connectors to manipulate a/v signals directly from the A/V card.
The connector for a Front Control Panel module which includes infrared, headphone jack and volume controls. This connector is used only for the G3 all-in-one.
TV/FM Tuner module connector. This connector is used only for the G3 all-in-one. (I've heard that the performa TV/FM system does fit into this slot, but it doesn't work without a software hack)
Internal modem connector for the Apple/GV 56K Flex modem.
The "Whisper" card only has the control panel and modem connectors. These are the only two versions of personality card I know of, so whatever Apple had envisioned the role of the "personality" card to be, it never came about.
