you can get 7.5.3 right from Apple's site and an update for 7.5.5, but you probably don't need it on that machine.jt ™. Trash Hauler: call sign: eight-ball C.O. AC-130H SpecOps 68kMLAAF |

Yeah. That should cover everything. However, be sure to upgrade to 7.5.5 after installing 7.5.3. I've noticed a few little bugs in 7.5.3 that were fixed in 7.5.5. Anyway, 'cuz this ain't really a conquest, i'm sorry but i have to move this to Balloon Help.-------------------------- Give your dreams a chance.™ - Apple in the mid '90s Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 6

7.6.1 is more stable. Search Hotline for the CD image.Official 68kMLA Music and NeXT Expert Macs Liberated: SE (2), LC, IIsi, PB 145b, Quadra 700 (2), LC 575, 6100 (2), PB 5300, PowerMac 5400/200, Performa 6400/180 PCs liberated from Windoze: 3 |

You can get 8.1 off Hotline. That's what I run on my 636. If you have a fast internet connection but your 636 doesn't have an ethernet port, then you can download with a mac that does and then use local talk or burn a cd to put it on the 636.mathgeek 68K Macs Liberated: LC, Performa 636, Mac Classic II My Powerbook 1400 page http://www.its.caltech.edu/~dgoulet/1400 |
