 ADB keyboard for macintosh Plus ?

Is it possible to just make a converter cable to make an adb keyboard work with a macintosh plus, or do the plus keyboard use a different layout than performa ADB keyboards? (those small ones without F-keys)

The Plus and ADB keyboards/mice are very different interfaces, there's the Cassie prototype keyboard and interface over on fritter that you can look up to learn a little about the differences, it was a sort of precursor to ADB, so the adapter is similar to what you'd need to create:
