On a 68K , I want to make an SCSI-2 acceleration ( 10Mo/s to 20 Mo/s ) without hardware. " Does it's possible ?"

SCSI-2 can only do 10MB/s, it's SCSI-3 (a.k.a. Ultra-SCSI) that can do 20MB/s.

But, anyway, no...there really isn't any soft means of adding SCSI acceleration. SCSI speeds are almost entirely dependant on the hardware they run on, not the software. You can, however, get an ATTO II SCSI-2 Nubus card for next-to-nothing off ebay...though getting the bugger to work is another matter.
