Of course. All the black hardware that's sold today is priced high for collectibility. Few people actually use their NeXTs regularly. Most people who want to do actual work with NS/OS run it on Intel/HP/Sparc hardware; it's much faster than on a NeXT.You're paying for the Dimension board here. It gives second monitor support plus an i860 DSP for video capture and 24-bit color. Still, the Q840AV does just as good a job with video, and you don't see them going for $800! :rolleyes: You wouldn't be!  Those peripherals are probably worth as much as, if not more than, the computer. Cut the buy it now figure in half, at the very least, and THEN b***h & moan about how much it is.jt  ™.

all I want is a Next Keyboard.. I can make the adapter to allow a different monitor to be used... I just need the keyboard......I want to do actual WORK on it! I want it to be my house Mail server, and keeep my Email archive (since in OS X, mail.app is cuirrently houseing something like 15,000 messages) ~Marchie ~Chaplain Marchie
