I work for R&D at $BIG_COMPUTER_COMPANY. Recently, we were using a stereo microscope to inspect some circuit boards. The scope has a camera on it, but we had nothing around that could capture video. Since ordering times are so long, I snagged my 840AV from home, hooked it up to the S-video on the camera, and voila! Captures that could be posted to an internal website. (I did need to whip up a few scripts so the engineer could do stuff without me, like GraphicConverter, but the results are amazing. I impressed several people with decade-old Mac technology!) Cool! Its great how they put AV ports on some old Macs, eh? I've impressed the hell out of some people just by showing them the AV capabilities of my LC630. -------------------------- Give your dreams a chance.™ - Apple in the mid '90s Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 6
