That seems to have last been updated in 2000. I'm not sure when the original went offline. this week I'll try and download the whole thing and burn to CDs.

jagubox is still online, as far as I know, I emailed jim about 4 months ago, and got an enthusiastic response. google around for a/ux and see if it is still online, and you can burn a more current one.
