 A plea for donations!!!

does anyone have an old nubus powermac they could donate to the cause of creating .68kMac?

see the thread in the website forum for more info, it is called announing .68k

let me know if you have any potential donations, I am broke except for the money that I need for christmas gifts.

heh I have an 8100!

I'll see what it'll be to ship to you. Fair warning tho: it might ship sans hard drive or something.. I dont remember the stats on them all.

I'll see what I can do with it, other donations accepted too, such as hard drives, or an '040 mac for a web server.
donators will get first test on the .68kmac server (ie, you'll get an iDisk!)

I can throw in a 2 GB SCSI HD if that helps any. I also got small MB 168pin RAM chips.....

whatabout eDisks or summat like that, or i68kDisks, I dunno, creative ideas everyone!!

I don't care what the official name is though, I am gonna call em iDisks to myself until the MLA .68kMac server goes offline!

~Coxy, can you create a forum like the war room that includes the future mods of .68kMac, so that we can discuss issues regarding service in private (discussisions regarding name will stay public, this is only for discussing how it will be hosted etc.)

I was thinking for the iDisk-ish thing that we could call them "68kDisks"
