I have a cdr drive, but it has stopped working. I believe it to be the power supply.

I can't see anything wrong with it.

Where would I get a new power supply from?

Open it up and see if you can test the mechanism using the PDU form your LC in performa clothing. You might also look for a fuse that might need replacing . . .
