How do you download mac stuff from pc?

eiknujonrop Starting Member USA 1 Posts	Posted - 13 Oct 2002 : 07:21:36 I have a Performa 636 and I can get on the net with it but have no phone so I have been going back and forth with floppies from my moms PC but, everything I download won't work. Any advice? aaron11279@aol.com
maclover5 LC Doctor/Hot Rodder Australia 5830 Posts	Posted - 13 Oct 2002 : 14:40:33 Firstly, you need a copy of Stuffit Expander, which you can get at www.aladdynsys.com, for the Performa. Once you have StuffIt Expander on the Performa, you can download .sit, .hqx, .bin and possibly even .sea files on the PC, and then transfer them to the Mac via floppies, as long as the Mac has PC Exchange control panel installed.
