Trading Post! (Buy, sell & trade)
Feel free to trade all of your Mac goodies here with all honest
intentions. The website provider assumes NO responsibility,
Buyer Beware! S&H costs will be in addition to quoted prices
unless stated!

I was wondering if perhaps the word responsibility could be replaced with the word liability.

I remember an instance with a trade becoming unpleasant, but the mods of the website took responsibility to control the situation.

Showing responsibility does not mean that you "solve" a dispute but merely that you try to help.

Liability would indicate that you(mods) were meant to solve a dispute.
