Well, I got my G3 from the ebay deal a while back. Anyhue, I've got one major issue bugging me. It appears there is a "trickle" cord (4-pin, used for soft power i do believe?) that is needed to start up the comp.

However, there seems to be no plug on the motherboard for this to insert into. I was wondering if it is hidden somewhere, or if anyone knows how to "trip" this circuit into turning the machine on. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

P.S.- I know this isn't 68k related at all, but everyone here is know it alls or atleast darned close!

There is only one path and that is the path that you take, but you can take more than one path.

I JUST found out its the power for the zip drive or other small-ish devices. Heh. Told you I didn't know my way around. But now I do have to figure out why it doesn't turn on....
